FORT RESORT BEEMSTER WINS AWARD NATIONAL WELLNESS COMPETITION

 

On February 10, 2014, the Dutch National Wellness Awards were presented in Hooge Vuursche Castle, Baarn, The Netherlands. Voters were asked to rate atmosphere, hospitality, hygiene and price/quality ratio. Fort Resort Beemster, which only opened its doors in 2012, was voted nr. 1 with the most votes in the province of North Holland. Country wide, Fort Resort Beemster attained a respectable 3rd place.

Fort Resort Beemster is part of the Unesco World Heritage listed, Amsterdam defence ring. Once upon a time soldiers slept in this 100 year old fort. Now it has been transformed into a luxurious hotel and restaurant with superb wellness facilities.
