Iris Bettinger, Hotel & Restaurant Reuter’s chef, was chosen as Germany’s best female chef of the year by the well-known Italian mineral water brand S.Pellegrino. Bettinger received this much sought after reward in Frankfurt because of her outstanding cuisine in QL Hotel Reuter in Rheda- Wiedenbrück. She combines French classic cuisine with regional specialities. Bettinger, chef in Hotel Reuter since 2004, was awarded a Michelin Star in 2012. She voiced the hope that female chefs and other promising young chefs will be inspired by her success.Posted: Annika
